May 3, 2004 - Miami, Fl - Judge Moreno Issues Order Updating Trial Schedule

Judge Fredrico Moreno of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida has issued an order updating the trial schedule for the landmark HMO litigation ongoing in his court.  Fact discovery must be completed by June 1. Expert reports are due June 28 with expert discovery to be completed by Sept. 29.
